During my recent transit in Puerto Varas, I stayed at Weisserhaus Hotel and found it to be conveniently located near the nearest airport, which was only 16 km away. This was extremely convenient for me as I had an early morning flight to catch the next day. the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment for my short stay.

I did encounter a minor issue during my time at Weisserhaus. While having breakfast, my companion and I accidentally left an item on the table.

I enjoyed stuffing myself with the same continental breakfast every day while admiring the chic Alpine-style décor of the living room. I even had the pleasure of witnessing the hotel offering bike and car hire, as if we were at a car rental convention. How fancy! Free WiFi? Oh, how cutting-edge!

Ah, the thrill of discovering that I can experience the joy of slow internet speeds throughout my stay. How marvelous!

I always stay at this hotel. The first time, they helped me exchange money. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. Perfect for my business trips.

My recent stay at Weisserhaus was absolutely fantastic. I was in Puerto Varas for a few days and the hotel’s prime location made it so easy to explore the town. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially since my flight was not until late in the evening. The breakfast spread was delicious, with cheesy eggs, fresh breads, yogurt, and fruit. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic house, well-maintained and adorned with colorful walls and a stunning front garden. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The hotel was good-sized and facilities were beautiful, it had great location close to in one of the most beautiful areas of Chile. The staff was accommodating and courteous and always greeted us. We had a really great stay at this lovely family run venue.

The hotel was located in the center of the city. The breakfast was very comprehensive with cheese, homemade jams and also cakes and frequently replenished. The staff was very welcoming, the bathroom was best: )

The hotel is in a beautiful area of Chile, The Lake District, not far from Puerto Varas. The room was spotlessly clean with a big TV and AC. The staff was pretty friendly and excellent. The location is great and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Maldonado House.

The room in this historic building was absolutely STUNNING - it was sparkling clean and beyond beautiful. The breakfast was mind-blowing, especially the real French press coffee. The location was super convenient, with everything downtown just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient, going above and beyond to help us despite our poor Spanish skills. Plus, the small private parking lot was such a pleasant surprise - just leave your car keys with the front desk. a jaw-dropping experience!

Personally, I would have preferred if the room had more variety in the TV channels available. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would still find enjoyment in the cable TV provided.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast which included homemade pastries and coffee. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the area with ease. The garden was also a nice feature, providing a lovely view from my room and a peaceful atmosphere.

The parking situation was inconvenient as I had to leave my keys at reception and wait for assistance to move cars around when I needed to leave. On top of that, the noise from the street could be heard quite loudly in my room which made it hard to sleep at times.
